Interests

One cause that is very close to my heart is intercultural communication. With my interest and curiosity in knowing about different cultural identities and providing a platform for bridging these intercultural differences, I joined Intercultural Leadership Program (ILP) at Penn. This program seeks to promote cross-cultural awareness, foregrounding the very present reality of professional and non-professional contexts characterized by an interplay of ethnic, racial, gender, national, and cultural diversities. I was a student leader and led a team of 6 fellow students. Our team organized multiple events on campus to embrace cultural diversity and we made a short film to understand and highlight the roles of various campus-wide organizations.
